Kerbal Space Program released for Mac!

Kerbal Space Program is a multi-genre game where players create their own space program. This game is now released on GOG.com and is the first week 25% off. So If you like this game (as many already do I hear), then get this game discounted now :).  When not convinced, check the trailer below for some visuals.

In KSP, you must build space-worthy craft, capable of flying your crew out into space, without killing them. At your disposal is a collection of parts, which must be assembled to create a functional ship. Each part has its own function and will affect the way a ship flies (or doesn't). So strap yourself in, and get ready to try some Rocket Science!

Some more games added to the Portingkit!

It has been very busy lately in my private life, so things went slowly. Tonight I had some more time, so I added some more games to the Portingkit including some game "versions" as well. Lets start with the game "versions": I added the GOG.com version of the games: Men of War, Men of War: Red Tide and Men of War Assault Squad.

Then I also aded another strategy game called Faces of War and from the same publisher the action game Death to Spies. Also on request the cool abandonware game Civilization 2 (inlcuding download of the game).  Then 2 more adventure games Broken Sword 3, and the amazing The Last Express. Have fun with these games in the Portingkit!

Star Wolves for Mac!

The action of Star Wolves takes place in the distant future. In order to fight piracy on intergalactic transit lanes humanity has legalized the institute of "head-hunters" - mercenaries owning high-speed space interceptors whose main goal is to struggle with all sorts of criminal scum. You're one of those head-hunters, armed only with a small amount of money, a couple of ships and a strong ambition driving you ever forward. . This game is now added in the Portingkit!

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select the “Star Wolves" game and click download. If you don’t own the game yet the Portingkit can direct you to the game page where to purchase it and download the setup/download file into your download folder. When you clicked “no” and were directed to the game page, you have to click “download” again and then click “yes” so the Portingkit will install the game for you. After installation the Portingkit will say the installation was done successfully. Then go to your “local” tab where you can select the game and click “play”!

Important update Portingkit (1.7.10) with Ranking support!

Great news!!! With the latest update of Portingkit you can finally rank games! The Portingkit will automatically recognize you video card, so if you rank the specific game it will put the stars at the right videocard for you. There is still only little bug, which is that if you rank the game, it will open a blank page which you have to close manually after voting/ranking. When you reload/re-select the specific game, it will show the amount of stars you voted. and some other fixes and features are added as well.

Check out all changes below. If the Portingkit haven’t updated the program automatically you can update it manually in the top bar on “Portingkit” –> “check for updates”. Enjoy!
